The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a IT Intern to join the Office 365 Governance Team. The Opportunity Understand processes related to the administration and governance of the Delaware North Office 365 tenant Learn about Office 365 operational reporting Responsibilities/Scope: Perform tasks to assist with Office 365 tenant administration (service configuration, SharePoint site builds and development, usage reporting, etc.) Perform tasks to assist with Office 365 tenant security analysis Potentially perform tasks to assist with System Access Requests and incident resolution related to Office 365 administration and governance. Build trend analysis reporting on Office 365 services utilizing Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell. Document standard operating procedures Skill/Competence Development: Refer to the Learning Opportunities and Responsibilities/Scope Requirements: Degree Required (eg, Bachelor's or Master's candidate): either is fine Major(s): Computer Science, Computing and Information Technologies, and related degree programs Software/Technical Skills: PowerShell, Data analysis, ability to understand new software systems Other Skills or Experience: very strong analytical skills, very detailed, good verbal and written communication skills, independent worker
