Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented CLOUD PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INTERN that is PASSIONATE ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF TRAINING/ON-BOARDING PROCESSES to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking forambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ROLE:

- Review and improve On-Boarding and Training process for Cloud Sales new hires
- Research and document current On-Boarding/Training process by interviewing sales managers, recent hires and onboarding peer coaches
- Analyze gaps between desired outcome and current procedures
- Present recommendations
- Develop implementation plan with managers
