Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and talentedMarketing and Sales Operations Internthat is passionate about learning about sales cycles, B2B sales, and building marketing materials and content to support the sales of services and products to join our 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking forambitious college and university students who are ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global organization.

Essential responsibilities of your role:
- Assist with marketing and sales operations tasks including managing our weekly inventory report and accompanying email messaging that goes out to hundreds of enrolled customers.
- Research computers and related peripheral products to create accurate, clear product descriptions using manufacturer's websites or in collaboration with our vendor representatives.
- Responsible for creating 1-2 page flyers to support sales efforts of our solutions specialists, including researching content and images.
- Research and revise product content on IngramMicro.com by working with our content management partner.
- Outcall Ingram Micro customers and recruit them to be added to our weekly offers newsletter.
Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities you need to have:
- Must be a Junior or Senior at a college or university
- Past experience with Microsoft Publisher, Photoshop, Canva, or similar document design tools
- Experience authoring emails incorporating HTML, Graphics, and layouts preferred.
- Collaboration Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
