Western New York's largest marketing communication agency is seeking a Full Time Help Desk Support Specialist for its Buffalo office. The position will assist in all desktop and network support functions across the entire organization, including for our regional offices.In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the IT Helpdesk and addressing issues. You will also assist in the handling of day-to-day operations of the IT Department. This includes, but is not limited to: working on firmware upgrades for printers and hardware, troubleshooting network issues, installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.Qualified candidates should have: Bachelor's degree in Technology field and/or equivalent experience 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience in desktop support for PC and Mac users Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IOS devices Basic computer hardware knowledge Exceptional customer service skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Self-starter, team-oriented, motivated, flexible We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to excellence, diversity and inclusion.Associated topics: assistant, client support, customer support, edi, excel, information technology help desk, msword, support, technical support, troubleshoot
