Overview:As an essential service, Autism Learning Partners has a commitment in keeping employees and clients safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.ALP has taken action to register with the CDC's Vaccination Administration System (VAMS) to register all employees that qualify (including all Behavior Technicians) for vaccination prioritization.In an effort to help families and employees continue this essential service, ALP is providing:CONTACTLESS Interview/ Hiring ProcessPhone screen is conducted with RecruiterInterview is done via ZoomDigital process with new hire paperworkAll communication with ALP is via email, text, and callsCONTACTLESS Training/ CommunicationFully digital training process with real life examplesZoom meetings with Trainer & SupervisorAvailable resources to keep us connected such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Zoom & CentralReachSafety Procedures While Working with ClientsDaily screening based off COVID Decision TreePPE offered to ALL employeesMasks are strongly recommended during sessionsClients and employees are asked to social distance throughout sessionHands are to be washed prior, during and after sessionAll equipment is sanitized for each clientWeekly company reminders to social distance and be safeWe are hiring aspiring and experienced Behavior Technicians who will provide essential services by working with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in their home, school, and/or community. This is an entry level position. If you do not have previous ABA experience, that's okay! We provide extensive paid on the job training to all our employees.
