Do you embrace a customer first attitude?We re looking for an individual to join our Technical Support Team, responsible for handling the day to day support requests servicing 800+ associates across multiple office locations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical service requests in a timely and comprehensive mannerSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including PC setup and account managementMaintain documented SOPs and knowledge base articles to ensure processes and procedures are completed accuratelySupport A/V and video conference needsResponsible for providing strong customer service and communication as the first point of contact for all support incidentsProvide end user training when necessaryProvide support and hands on the ground support for IT related deployments and projectsResponsible for asset management and inventory managementInnovative and self-motivated with the desire to take initiativeIT Service Desk supportExceptional customer service abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in relevant technologies;Deploying and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS)Active Directory User and Group ManagementCloud based call center / telephony systems (8x8 preferred)Office 365 (User, Mailbox and policy management)Understanding of network configurations and basic troubleshootingDesire to evaluate and become proficient in new (or new to you) technologies, processes, skillsRegular shift: 8-5pm or 9-6pm, ability to work 10:00-6:00pm Saturday-Sunday on a rotating schedule.
