Summary: The Entry Level Account Executive drives True Concepts Consulting s sales at retail sites within an assigned territory and route through placement of product, promotional selling, and effective display of merchandise. The Entry Level Account Executive must have full time availability. The Entry Level Account Executive must project a positive image to True Concepts Consulting s clients and customers while adhering to True Concepts Consulting s policies and procedures. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with coworkers, customers employees, and vendors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in product sales and additional promotional sales through service visits at retail sites.
  • Determining customers needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
  • Provide promotional marketing materials for display and placement in a way that attracts sales at customer stores and secondary and perimeter locations.
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of services
  • Always deliver exceptional customer service when communicating with store management, personnel, and the public, adhering to customer policies and procedures in compliance with True Concepts Consulting's standards.
  • Plan and carry out daily schedules according to assigned retail locations.
  • Attend scheduled training and meetings as required.
  • Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: We re looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, excellent communication style, and a very polished and professional image. The employee must have a 2-4 year degree or equal working experience. Basic skill in Microsoft Office and tablet work (salesforce) is required. The minimum required level of experience is one year in retail or a related sales field. Self-motivated! Achievement and outcome-oriented!



Work Environment: The work environment is indoors. Working with a high-energy sales team to collaborate. They re incredibly supportive and positive. The overall tone of our company is success focused and driven by integrity.


Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
