There is no experience required for this position. We are willing to put our financial and professional efforts in to train this individual. The ideal candidate would be someone who is competitive, someone who has excellent relationship-building skills and can thrive in a team-based environment or individually. Our company prides itself in growing from the ground up. Even our CEO started Entry Level almost 10 years ago! We take our time and are patient with candidates who do not come from a business, customer service, or management background. *This position is on-site, full-time. We would need someone who can start immediately and be open to working in-person every day.* Responsibilities: Generating customer leads and sales through warm leads and other creative marketing methods Conducting onsite service assessments while troubleshooting the customers issue Conduct walk through every day to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction Develop and foster positive relationships as well as continue a trusted partnership with our customers Follow up with customers to ensure sale and account information is correct and concise Coordinate and confirm appointments for technicians to travel to the customers home for service installations Participate in daily team building activities and contribute ideas to create a better experience for the customer Job Requirements:Key Qualifications: Looking for a change of pace in a fast-moving workplace Dynamic personality and comfortable with building relationships Active listener and have an open student mentality Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Can work a full-time schedule, no exceptions Adaptable, honest, and has integrity Able to accept criticism and can challenge yourself and improve every day Has reliable transportation to and from work every day Has a sense of humor and enjoy working in a team setting Required Education and/or Experience: Associates degree is preferred, but not required (No degree? No sweat, we train from the ground up) 2 years of experience with working in a team environment (can be associated with school, clubs, sports, or past work experience) Attention to detail and can handle sensitive customer/client information Basic MS Office and CRM platforms
