Easily one of the great prof.s at Geneseo. As long as you show up to class for the group discussions and do the projects you'll be fine. When I asked about a topic for my paper he gave me a list of at least a dozen sources to draw from. Its a shame he's retiring next semester. |

SO dull. i never went all semester. i disagree that he's an simple grader or accommodating outside of class. i spent a lot of time on my paper and i don't think he graded it impartially. he also NEVER answers emails. really annoying. |

He's SO dull. You learn nothing in class, it's not material you'd expect to learn about. He's an simple grader & attendance isn't necessary but to me all that things wasn't worth this hellish year with this man. He doesn't give you any general ideas for what the mid year exam & final will be on he's so broad and a bad explainer. dull. useless. |

Bearden's class is so dull! I don't feel like I'm learning anything. The plus side is the class is pretty simple and you can do well without putting forth too much effort. |
