Dr. Scott's Political Sociology class is fascinating and structured in a discussion setting, but it's definitely not a walk in the park. The final essay is really difficult because you're not given any direction, but overall it's a great class. |

She's a really friendly person, and super intelligent, but she has a really difficult time controlling large courses, and if everyone else's interest wanes, yours will, too. Going to office hours really helps your grade- she likes it if she knows who you are |

prof. Scott is outstanding! She's super friendly, the readings are almost always fascinating, she's a impartial grader, and she hands out outlines before exams so you know what to study. She has class discussions every week, so it's not always lecture either. Overall, I highly recommend her and this class! |

Prof Scott is a very friendly lady, she tries her great but can be a little scatterbrained at times. Class is simple if you put some time into it, an A is achievable. She gives study guides, making the exams pretty simple. I would recommend the class, I learned a lot. |

Overall, she's a great prof.. She's not difficult and really friendly and friendly. At times, she makes sociology fascinating but then there are other days when you just want to get out of class. Weekly journal articles can get annoying but if you do the reading, you should be fine in class. |
