I used SelfStorage.com to reserve a 10x15 unit, which the website said was available. When I got to the facility, the woman at the front desk informed me they haven't had any 10x15s available for weeks. They offered me a 10X20 for the same price for 6 months. Not sure if the fault is on SelfStorage.com or the StorEase, but the prices are hard to beat. Bring your own lock, 24/7 access which is nice but can get sketchy at night in the dark. The alleys are lit, but not very well and it doesn't look like there are cameras.
