Today I had an incident in the Y parking lot where a lady hit my car trying to get into a parking spot. Five
Buffalo State students were witness to this and they were amazing at assisting me with this matter! I was
not present when my car was hit, but the girls that were there took all of the appropriate actions for me
prior to my arriving on the scene, including waiting for campus police to arrive and offering statements and
accounts of what happened.
I know we students live very busy lives, and I am so thankful that these girls took the time to stop and do
what was right and help me out like that. In this day and age, kindness and integrity like that is not often
found, and I am lucky enough to have met some that embodied just that.
Unfortunately I did not get their names, but I was hoping that maybe I can have a thank you put in The
Record, with the hope that these ladies read it and know how grateful I am.
