such a joke. went to the first day, mid year exam and final, answered everythign false, his grades are completely arbitrary
Useless. His questions are all grey area, which is especially difficult for T/F questions! Attended every class for an A- (deserved A). He lost half of my final and gave me an incomplete for the course until I had to retake it 3 months into the following semester. Joke book. It sucks his course is mandatory for Business Administration majors.
He really is a bad teacher... I mean he's a slacker's wet dream, but to students who really care about learning business law, Sciarrino is useless. He's got a tremendous background in law, being a lawyer, but just cares so little about teaching it to students.
very simple A-. Class attendance is no where near manditory. Grade is basically composed of your mid year exam and final grades which only account for 50% of grade, other 50% is a textbook made by him that u have to brief (summarize) each court case. Very fascinating man and tells the great stories during class!
If you are happy with an A- by all means take this class. I deserved an A but this joke of a prof. just wouldnt do it!
He won't tell you where you stand in the class, but it's impartially simple to get an A or A- if you have the electronic versions of the case briefs, mid year exam, and final. Make sure to validate the accuracy of the electronic copies because some of the things is incorrect. |
